We offer complimentary weekly cleaning support to individuals and families going through exceptional life circumstances, where maintaining a home has become genuinely difficult.

Each selected case receives:
- Up to 4 hours of cleaning support per visit
- Up to once per week
- Service scheduled within our operational capacity and routes

Why We Must Be Selective
We want to be transparent.
While the intent is to help, our ability to do so is limited and carefully managed.
At any given time, we are able to support:
- Up to 10 individuals or families per week
- Each receiving one service of up to 4 hours per visit
Because this support is delivered by our working team within their schedules, we may:
- Assign available housekeepers based on routing
- Suggest alternate days or timings to make the service feasible
This means we cannot accommodate every request.
Being selective is not about withholding help – it is about ensuring that:
- The support reaches those who need it most
- The experience remains respectful and sustainable for both sides

Based on the above, we will confirm whether we are able to support and propose a suitable schedule.
