How long does a Wardrobe Care visit take?

A Reset visit typically takes 3 to 4 hours, depending on wardrobe size and condition. Refresh visits are shorter and depend on how frequently the service is scheduled.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes, our team comes fully prepared with tools such as a garment steamer, ironing equipment, and basic organizing supplies.

Do you wash or take clothes for laundry?

We do not carry out laundry as part of this service. However, we will help identify items that need laundry and can connect you with a trusted partner if required.

How often should I book a Refresh visit?

Most clients prefer a Refresh visit every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on wardrobe usage and lifestyle.
