Our company policy strictly prohibits cleaning external areas like balconies, terraces, porticos, and gardens for this very reason. Yet, some clients, perhaps unknowingly, still insist on these tasks. Our Filipina team members, known for their kindness and politeness, find it incredibly difficult to decline when face-to-face with a client, often accepting these harmful conditions under the unspoken pressure of potential negative feedback. Their safety is paramount, and we urge all clients to respect these vital guidelines.
- Navigating the City’s Pulse: Dubai is a vibrant, ever-growing city, but with its growth comes unprecedented traffic congestion and rising rents. As many clients move to new locations, they often wish to retain their trusted housekeeper. While we strive to accommodate these requests, it often means extended travel times for our team, crossing multiple zones, and complex transfers between company transport and public transport. Despite these logistical hurdles, our housekeepers strive to arrive on time, every time, always with a smile.
- Community Access and Last-Minute Logistics: Many of Dubai’s communities have strict access restrictions. While planned, recurring services allow us to manage access passes efficiently, last-minute bookings or unexpected changes due to traffic delays can create challenges. The process time needed for access passes can sometimes lead to frustration, both for our clients and our team, limiting our flexibility to make on-the-spot amendments.
- The Rise of On-Call Bookings: We are incredibly thankful that the majority of our daily services are planned ahead, thanks to our loyal recurring clients. However, the “new normal” includes a rise in on-call and last-minute bookings. While we work diligently to fulfill these requests, they inevitably add pressure, often meaning more wait time for a team member to be picked up, or delayed drops that push back the start and finish times of jobs.
